Terms & conditions 

By booking your stay at BigJ Villas, you agree to the following:

1. Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.  

2. Payments & Cancellations: A valid booking confirmation is required. Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before arrival; cancellations made later or no-shows may be charged.

3. Guest Conduct: A valid ID/passport must be presented at check-in. Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused during their stay. Visitors may be restricted unless approved by management.

4. Hotel Policies: Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. Pets are not allowed (except Guide Dog). Please respect the comfort and safety of all guests.

5. Liability: The hotel is not liable for valuables left unattended. Use of facilities is at your own risk.
